ISO 9001 in ELEX

The quality management system ISO 9001 (QMS) in ELEX was certified In November, 2011 by TÜV SÜD, a Serbian part of the leading globally active inspection and certification group – after three months of preparation, application and evaluation, ELEX has got the ISO 9001 certificate. In this way, ELEX demonstrates its ability to consistently provide products that meet customers and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. While the process of certification was going on, the system was effectively applied to the active contracts. At the same time, independently, the application was also audited by one of the main customer, IBA, Belgium and concluded with the best results! ISO 9001 is by far the world’s most established quality framework for effectively managing the business and we are convinced it will improve the way ELEX operates. Consequently, QMS is to aim us to enhance satisfaction of our main customers in Belgium and Germany and to successfully meet their requirements. No doubt, the application of QMS ISO 9001 in ELEX will add value to the benefit of the company and the customers, covering the entire chain – from development and production to marketing.
