  • Internal audits of the established quality management system at planned intervals;
  • Repeat audit (the frequency is one year);
  • Management review of the established quality management system (QMS).



Customer-related processes
  • Effective and regular communicating with customers in relation to customer feedback, including customer plans, requirements and complaints;
  • Customer satisfaction surveys;
  • Quick response to customer claims;
  • Determining and implementing action needed;
  • Continual improvement of the sub-contractor services.













Analysis of ratio debt to income/earning
  • Records of the debts in relation to the contracts and orders;
  • Analysis of the ratio debt to income and debt to earning and corrective actions.
New products
  • Analysis of the market requirements for our products and services;
  • Determination of the customer requirements for the new products.
